A 632-square-foot bungalow in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood that boasts an open-concept basement bedroom sold on the weekend for just over $1 million.

The property had been listed for $799,000.

The home at 314 Ryding Ave., in the Runnymede Rd. and St. Clair Ave. W. area, is much like a condo-style of living with a doorless bedroom in the basement.

The real estate site Property praised the bungalow.

“Rarely offered. Fully renovated detached bungalow in the heart of The Junction. Exceptional upgrades with no expense spared. Gleaming wide plank hardwood floors, exposed beam, potlights, and two walk-outs to your private backyard oasis.
